Meet the Specialist

Dr. Mark Ayzenberg is a board certified, fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy, and Reconstructive Surgery. His practice includes both surgical care and advanced regenerative medicine for shoulder conditions, allowing him to evaluate your shoulder and determine whether a nonsurgical regenerative medicine approach or surgery is more appropriate for your individual needs.

Most patients with tendon or ligament partial tears and even many with full tears are candidates.
Generally, 1-3 treatments are required depending on the severity of the condition.
While most regenerative treatments are not covered, we offer flexible payment plans.
Most patients experience several days of a manageable flare in pain, then it subsides and improvement becomes substantial by 2 months after the procedure and continues to improve until 6 months.
Shoulder pain doesn't always mean surgery. One consultation can help determine the cause of your symptoms and whether regenerative medicine may be an appropriate nonsurgical treatment option.

Tell us what your shoulder is stopping you from doing and when you'd like to come in. A real person from our team calls you back within one business day.

We believe that compliance with FDA regulatory guidelines is best practice for quality patient care. We always disclose any off-label use of medications or products to our patients.
