About Roger Phipps

Roger Phipps serves as Chief Operating Officer of Iron Mountain Orthopaedic Institute. Roger brings his years of experience helping medical clinics grow, he focuses on building the people, processes, and systems that support excellent care.

Roger believes a great patient experience begins well before an appointment. He works with the team to make communication clear, visits easier to navigate, and each step of care feel more personal. He is especially interested in using technology to simplify everyday tasks, giving staff more time to focus on patients.

At Iron Mountain, Roger is committed to helping the practice grow while preserving the thoughtful, individualized experience patients deserve. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children, working on his 66 Mustang,
playing tennis, and CrossFit.
